Terms.

Return Policy:

  • Customized items: Returns are generally not accepted unless the items are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • Non-customized items: For non-customized items such as furniture or decor purchased through the firm, returns are contingent on 3rd party vendor policies if the items are in unused condition and in their original packaging.  A restocking fee may apply.

Refund Policy:

  • Deposits and payments: Crested Butte Design requires deposits or payments upfront for our services unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract. These payments are typically non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work and the time invested in the design process.

  • Refunds for services: A partial refund may be offered if the design services have not yet been fully rendered, but this is at the discretion of the firm and in accordance with a written contract between Crested Butte Design and client and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 Dispute Resolution:
Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be decided by arbitration only in the city of Gunnison in the State of Colorado, in accordance with the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.  

Security Capabilities and Policy for Transmission of Payment Card Details:
Crested Butte Design adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). 

Consumer Data Privacy Policy:
Crested Butte Design is committed to protecting client privacy and ensuring the security of client personal information. We collect and use client data only for purposes related to our services, and we never sell or share client information with third parties without client consent. We take all necessary measures to safeguard client data and comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
